The Fall Marketplace Festival is more than an event — it’s a ministry in motion. Your sponsorship directly supports Emmanuel SDA Children’s Ministry, helping us create a safe, welcoming, and Christ‑centered space where children can grow in faith, discover their gifts, and serve others.

In return, your business or organization will receive recognition and visibility before, during, and after the event — all in a way that honors IRS 501(c)(3) “qualified sponsorship” guidelines and reflects biblical principles of stewardship and service.

 

Event Details

  • Date: Sunday, October 19, 2025

  • Location: Emmanuel Seventh‑day Adventist Church, 1111 Boone Street, Cleburne, TX 76031

  • Purpose: Raise funds to support curriculum enrichment, program supplies, and facility improvements for the Children’s Ministry.

  • Compliance: All sponsorships are treated as non‑refundable charitable contributions to Emmanuel SDA Children’s Ministry, recorded in accordance with IRS 501(c)(3) regulations for churches, and applicable State of Texas and City of Cleburne nonprofit compliance requirements.

  • All Bronze benefits

Sponsors may still contribute after this date, but printed recognition cannot be guaranteed. Early sponsorship ensures maximum visibility in all promotional materials.

  • Sponsorship recognition is limited to factual acknowledgments (name, logo, contact information) in compliance with IRS “qualified sponsorship” rules.

  • No goods or services of substantial value are provided in exchange for your contribution.

  • All funds are restricted to the exempt purposes of Emmanuel SDA Children’s Ministry.

  • Records of all sponsorships will be maintained for IRS, State of Texas, City of Cleburne, and Southwestern Union Conference audit purposes.
